Returns
pet fetchers shop encourages you to take your time selecting your items for purchase and double check your items before your order is placed.Our return policy is valid for 14 days from the date of receipt of your merchandise.To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all tags still attached.
Please DO NOT mail any returns to us until you have submitted your request using the form below and have received a reply approving your return.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is defective (see below).
Non-returnable items:
Clearance items - clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned.
Sale items - sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.
Items purchased from any online vendor other than pet fetchers shop.Items purchased through resale shops or other non-retail vendors.
Free and promotional items are not eligible for returns.
Returning your item
Please DO NOT mail any returns to us until you have submitted your request using the form below and have received a reply approving your return. You will be responsible for paying shipping costs associated with your return (defective merchandise excluded - see below). We strongly recommend you keep your shipping receipt and tracking number, in the event that we do not receive your product.Pet Fetchers Shop is not responsible for returned merchandise lost during shipping.
Defective or Faulty Item
We make every effort to ensure the quality of the printed/embroidered products. While it rarely happens, as a commitment to our goal of meeting the highest quality standards, we offer a money-back guarantee on garments that do not meet our quality standards due to low quality print, printing errors or incorrect print specifications. If the defective/faulty item is not clothing and not due to printing, please email shophelp@petfetchers.com.
Please include your order number and images of the damaged item.
Missing, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If you received an order that is missing items, contains incorrect or damaged items please contact us with your order number and details about the damages and order. Please include photos of the damaged items.

Refunds
Once your refund has been approved, you will receive an email notifying you that your refund has been approved and is being processed. Eligible refunds will be credited to the original payment method used at check out. We will refund as quickly as possible after the item has been received, inspected, and final approval is granted which should be processed within 5-10 business days. Keep in mind that associated financial institutions also have their processes which can take a few days once the refund has been issued. Your patience is appreciated during this process.Should the return be found ineligible for a refund, we will notify you by email.
Exchanges
Due to the customized nature of the products, pet fetchers shop does not offer exchanges. All items must follow the returns process.
Returning a gift
The order number or the email used to place the order of your gift is required. Please keep in mind, we can only refund money to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Use the REQUEST A RETURN link above.
